The Great Famine

There once was a great Gorg pack located on New Caledonia, it had plentiful food and resources from it’s farms and hunters, but something was brewing beneath the crust of the planet, something that would destroy this pack, a volcano erupted, sending ash into the sky, blocking out the sun, killing most flora, this caused the once great pack’s food supply to dwindle, starving them, until one Gorg found the key to survival during this dark time, an edible fungus, able to be farmed within dark places, such down in the caves where the nest of the Gorg Pack is, after Zruk made this discovery, he brought as much fungus back as possible, to allow for farming of them, after days of little to no food, they had gained as much as they had before, allowing them to survive the volcano’s ash cloud. Because of Zruk, we know his recipe for Mushroom Stew.
