Humans, also known as Terrans, come in two varieties in the Rétglainn Occulti sector, those who use magic and those who use technology. Some humans arrived by way of spacecraft while escaping a tyrannical government while others arrived through magical portals and other means. Some even arrived from different time periods in history because they happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time….or perhaps the right one? Among those who arrived by spacecraft are adherents of a pagan spiritual path called Temple of the Ancient Fire who have communities on both New Caledonia and Hy-Brasil.
